Victoria founded SÝMBOLON, a cultural production studio that treats narrative as architecture rather than content — its own phrase is «architecting meaning», and its stated values are precision and temporality. The studio develops films and cultural IP, and prepares the feature film Exodus.
Her academic background began in finance, followed by a BPhil and an MPhil; she is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Bucharest. At the studio she is co-founder and creative partner, leading brand identity design, packaging, naming and visual expression — the same practice, now being renamed TARNOVSKI Marketing Consultancy.
At Melio she is chief strategy officer, shaping how a preventive-health subscription is explained to people who are not patients yet. She is a member of the COAB București business club as the delegate of Andrei Tarnovski's principal membership, and leads Exodus.
